Barrel for a Colt 1873 Single Action SAA revolver. 5-1/2" overall length Caliber 38 Special marked on left Single line "Colt's MFG. Co." on right side indicating this was a "Pre war / Post war" replacement barrel made in the later part of the 1940's through the mid 1950's Could be considered a 1st or 2nd generation barrel as it is in between each versions.
