Description
Offering for your consideration is a fantastic piece of western Americana. The Mexican double loop holster was made by Collins Saddlery Co. of Cisco, Texas and the cartridge belt was made by Hamley of Pendleton, Oregon. Both companies were in business in the early 1900s. The 42 inch cartridge belt has shell loops were made for either .44-40 or .45 caliber. The holster was made for a short barrel (4 3/4 inch) Colt Single Action Army Revolver. An original Colt SAA Revolver came in this holster and another would go perfect with this rig. The holster and cartridge belt are both in fantastic condition considering they are over 100 years old! Both cartridge belt and holster have never been repaired nor modified and still remain very sturdy and pliable in condition. This hands down is the best western rig I have come across in 50 years of collecting. Free USPS Shipping.
